In 2004 Max has been interviewed by Italian erotic magazine "Blue", where talked about his illustrations. In 2005 his wife Kristina opened the "Ultrapop Publishing" shop, at first a graphic design studio that soon became one of the very few publishing companies specialized in pop-art design and the Sixties. For Ultrapop Max realized a lot of graphics and three limited edition pin-up calendars. In the meantime, until the end of Ultrapop, in 2008, Max created various CD covers and many posters for bands and clubs.
