In this period, Max started to work for many private clients and cultural associations. In 1995 started contributing to some local magazines and to "Storie", a national literary magazine, writing features, reviews and realizing several cartoons and illustrations. At the same time continued to draw comics and illustrations connected to the Mod-60s culture and pop art.
